30-Day Money Back Guarentee
If you’re not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can contact us at support@blackforj.com and we’ll arrange a full refund or a replacement, depending on what is best suited for your situation in line with our Refund Eligibility & Limitations below.
Once your refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Eligibility & Limitations
While we stand behind our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, certain situations may not qualify for a refund:
- Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons). Refunds will not be issued solely due to delayed delivery if the order is still in transit and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refund requests based on unreasonable or excessive buyer’s remorse may be declined at our discretion. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure complete fairness for both the customer and our business.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements in cases where the policy is being misused, abused, or exploited.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal & Conformity of Goods
If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14‑day statutory right of withdrawal (cancellation and refund). This means you may withdraw from (cancel) your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason, by sending a clear withdrawal / refund request to us at support@blackforj.com.
If the goods are not in conformity (for example, they are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description or advertised features), you are entitled under EU law to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge – typically by replacement – or, where that is not possible or proportionate, to a price reduction or refund in line with applicable EU consumer protection rules.
These EU rights exist in addition to our 30‑Day Money Back Guarantee described above and apply to eligible EU orders in accordance with local consumer‑protection law.
Device compatibility (Flowgrip)
The Flowgrip fits phones up to 8.26 mm thick; thicker devices may not fit securely. Please measure your phone before purchasing—anything equal to or slimmer than an iPhone 16 Pro Max is within the safe range.
If the fit is tight, try removing your phone case and/or rotating the phone so the phone camera sits at the bottom‑right corner of the Flowgrip. Orders placed for devices outside these specifications may not qualify for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee.
Order Cancellation
You may also cancel your order any time before it has been shipped and receive a full refund.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen
If your product is damaged, lost, or stolen during or before shipping, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout (including building mailrooms, parcel lockers, front desks or reception, local post offices, or other authorized pickup locations), responsibility for retrieving the package generally passes to the customer. If you are unable to retrieve a delivered package, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, building staff, and your local post office or delivery depot.
In situations where there is a reasonable concern or extenuating circumstance, we will review each case individually and work with you to determine a fair and appropriate resolution, while noting that refunds or free replacements are not automatically provided for orders confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
